1 lg rump roast
1 small jar pepperoncini peppers
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 can beer
6 bouillon cubes
2 tsp Italian seasoning and 1/8 tsp ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
With a sharp knife, slice rump roast in 2 pieces. Add all ingredients into a crock pot including the juice from the pepperoncini peppers. Cook on low for 10 - 12 hours.
