1 cup soft butter
2 cups sour cream
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
Filling:
Onion
2 Tbsp butter
2 cups cubed chicken
1 pkg frozen vegetables
2 cups cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Crust
Beat butter, sour cream, eggs until well combined. Add flour, salt and baking powder.
Spread half of dough into an ungreased pie pan.

Filling
Heat frozen vegetables until warm. Sauté onion in butter. Combine cooked onion, heated vegetables chicken and soup and let simmer for 5 minutes.

Spread cheddar cheese on bottom crust. Spread filling over cheese (do not overfill or it will bubble over).
Spread remaining crust over top
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
