3/4lb Turkey.. ask for 1/4in thick at deli counter
1 can 15.5oz Red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can 2.5oz sliced black olives (drained)
1/2 cup green bell pepper diced
6 green onions diced
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 small zucchini diced
1/2 cup jicama matchstick and diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped

Dressing:

1/4 cup Veg. oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tsp. Dried mustard
1/2 tsp. Cumin
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1/4-1/2 tsp. Salt
Couple dashes of tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in bowl.. mix dressing pour over salad and mix well. Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
