3 lbs ricotta cheese
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/8 tsp cinnamon
3 packages lady fingers
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 to 1/2 tsp rum flavoring
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup crushed pistachios

Directions:
Directions:
Put ricotta in strainer. Put strainer in bowl and let drain overnight in refrigerator.
Mix cheese with next four ingredients, stirring until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips and and set aside.
Line bottom of a 10-in springform pan with lady fingers, then stand up lady fingers along the side of the pan, with the cut side facing center of pan.
Pour 1/2 of mixture in pan, top with lady fingers. Add remaining mixture. Sprinkle nuts on top. Cover; put in refrigerator overnight. Serve cold.
