3 bell peppers-sliced
2 onions-sliced
1/2 cup apple juice
your favorite BBQ sauce
1 bottle dark beer

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Dry ribs with a paper towel and rub both sides with the dry rub mixture.
Let sit for 1 hour.
In a Duth oven place peppers and onions in the bottom, pour 1/2 bottle of beer.
Place the ribs on top, drizzle the apple juice over the ribs.
Cover the ribs with BBQ sauce spreading to cover entirely.
Bake for 2 hours.
