1 lb ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup flour
1 cup sour cream
7 oz can green chilies
1 package tortilla chips
2 cups cheddar cheese
Small can sliced black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in skillet, drain. Add taco seasoning and blend well. In small bowl, combine broth and flour. Add to meat and bring to a boil to thicken.

Stir in sour cream and chilies; blend well.

In a 9x13 lightly greased glass dish, place 1/2 of the chips. Top with 1/2 the beef mixture, 1/2 of the sour cream mix, 1/2 the cheese. Repeat the layers. Top with black olives.

Bake uncovered at 375º for 20 minutes.

I use to make this a lot when you girls were younger but haven’t made it in a long time. Everyone really liked it. It came from a cookbook I got from Herberger’s.
