Ingredients:  
½ pound bacon cooked and crumbled

2 heads fresh broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces ( or a large package of broccoli slaw)

1 small red onion, sliced into bite-sized pieces

¾ cup craisins

¼ cup sunflower seeds

1 cup mayonnaise

½ cup white sugar

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1 tsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broccoli, onion, craisins, sunflower seeds in a bowl

Mix mayo, sugar, vinegar, and celery seed in another bowl until smooth.

Pour dressing over the broccoli mixture and stir until completely covered.

Chill before serving.

I make this salad at the lake all the time and the lake crowd goes crazy over it. Dad is not a fan because of the craisins. But I don’t leave them out because they are my favorite part of the salad!
