36 c. bread cubes, dry 6 c.
8 c. veggie broth
3 c butter
4. chopped onions
8 stalks celery, chopped
5 T. parsley
*4 t. sage
*2 t. marjoram
1 t. pepper



* replace with 2 T. poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and celery in butter until soft. Add herbs and seasoning.
Add half veggie broth. Stir in bread cubes.
Add enough broth to moisten all bread.
Cover and bake at 350ºF for 30 min.

(Can be made ahead)
