Ingredients:

1 onion
3 tbsp minced garlic
1 pinch red pepper flakes
1 small can tomato paste
2 28 oz cans whole sliced tomatoes
6 cups chicken broth
1 box lasagna noodles
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp parsley
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 spoonful of sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

small container of ricotta
sliced fresh basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup mozzarella
1/4 cup parmesean
italian seasoning

Optional: Italian sausage

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cook diced onion till translucent and soft
2) Add in garlic and cook for a minute
3) Add in tomato paste and mix into a paste
4) Cook for a couple minutes and add in seasonings
5) Add in cans of tomatoes and mush with spoon
6) Add in chicken broth
7) Blend up big chunks of tomato with immersion blender
8) Once boiling, break up lasagna noodles into small pieces into soup
9) Once noodles are 3/4 way finished add in heavy cream
10) Simmer until noodles are finished cooking
11) Make ricotta mixture by adding ricotta, salt pepper, Italian seasoning, fresh basil and stir
12) When noodles are finished, add to a bowl and add a large dollop of ricotta mixture
