Ingredients:
Ingredients:
11/2 c white sugar
11/3 cups unsalted butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 large eggs, room temp
4 cups any flour (I use half gluten free/ half chickpea flour)
11/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 pkg (200g) toffee bits
enough Hershey Kisses for one on each cookie

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the sugar, butter and cream cheese in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Stir the flour, baking powder and salt together in another bowl and add to the cream cheese mixture.
Mix until combined. Stir in toffee bits.
Preheat oven to 350F. Scoop dough on to parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake for 9-10 min. Once they are out of the oven, very quickly press an unwrapped Hershey Kiss into center of each cookie.
Chill really well on the cookie sheets before packing into storage container to make sure the kisses aren't still soft.
