4 fresh swordsteaks (10 oz each)

Relish:
1 med tomato peeled and seeded
1sm green onion thinly sliced
1 1/2 oz crumbled feta cheese
1/4 C extra virgin olive oil
1 T fresh lemon juice
3 T fresh dill chopped or 1 t dried
ground black pepper

FISH:
1/4 C Dijon mustard
1/4 C extra Virgin olive oil
2 1/2 T red wine vinegar 1 t oregano 1/2 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
To make relish: Mix first 7 ingredients together gently and set aside. Serve slightly chilled. To prepare fish: Mix Dijon mustard and olive oil together add remaining ingredients. When ready to grill fish, spread both sides with mustard mixture. Grill to desired doneness. Serve with Tomatoe Feta relish.
