1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
2 Tbl chicken Better Than Bouillon
Dash of white pepper
2 cups whole milk
2 cups 1/2 & 1/2
Old Bay to taste
1 pound lump crab meat
Salt to taste, or use crab seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, blend in flour and white pepper to make a roux. Stir for 2 minutes.

Add milk, 1/2 & 1/2 and bouillon base. Stir on medium low until thick. Do not boil.

Add old bay and salt/crab seasoning.
