5 c. potatoes cubed
5 cups water
2 chicken broth cubes
½ stick butter
1 tbs. flour
½ c. milk
1 can cream of celery
1 can onion soup
8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, combine potatoes, water and cubes.

Bring to a boil, and cook until potatoes are tender.

In an iron skillet melt butter. Add flour and milk.

Cook on low and bring to a boil.

Add potatoes, soup and sour cream.

Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
