8 boneless pork chops
1 tbs. pepper
1½ c. rice of choice, uncooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom
2 c. chicken broth
1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Lightly spray baking dish with cooking spray.

Mix soups, broth, pepper, rice and pour into bottom of pan.

Layer pork chops on top of mixture.

Cover with foil tightly.

Bake for 75-90 minutes.

Vegetables can be addd to dish or served as a side.
