Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbl Dijon mustard
1 Tbl Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Tabasco or red hot
1 lb fresh lump crab meat, drained
A spoonful of sour cream
Half a lemon squeeze
Old Bay

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, don’t break up lumps. Place in a crab dish lined with melted butter.

Bake at 350 for about 15 -20 minutes. Finish on broil to brown the top.

Add a lil paprika on top for color prior to baking. We don’t add any old bay because our crab meat usually has some on it, but add a little if you like.
