1½ pounds ground beef
chopped onion
1 16 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 Tbs chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
cooked rice
tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef and onion together. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Stir in the cooked rice. Cover and continue to cook for a few minutes longer to incorporate all the flavors. Serve on warmed tortillas with sour cream and salsa.
