1 bag caramels
1 box German Chocolate cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels and 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Set aside.
Combine cake mix, 1/3 cup evaporated milk, nuts and melted butter.
Press 1/2 of the mixture into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan; reserve remainder for topping.
Bake at 350º for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the brownies. Pour caramel mix over chips. Crumble rest of cake dough on top. Bake at 350º for 18 to 20 minutes.
