* 2 cups long grain rice
* 2 Tbsp oil
* 8 oz tomato sauce
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* ½ tsp onion powder
* ¼ tsp cumin
* ¼ tsp chili powder
* 2 cups chicken broth
* 2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet. Add rice and stir well. Cook until browned.
2. Add broth, water, tomato sauce, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and chili powder. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
3. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Keep covered with a lid during cooking and do not open to stir. (If you stir rice will be mushy, not fluffy.)
4. Remove lid, fluff and enjoy!
