1 1/2 c all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 c unsalted butter, room temp
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c light-brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c oatmeal
1 c dried cherries
1 c bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 c toffee pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Sift together flour and baking soda and set aside. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix on high speed to combine. Add vanilla extract; mix to combine. Add the sifted flour until well combined. Add oatmeal, cherries, chocolate, and toffee pieces. Bake about 10 minutes
