Stuffed Green Peppers Recipe

4-6 green peppers
1 # ground beef
½ c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
2 eggs
¼ c. grated cheddar cheese
Dash of oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and stuff into peppers. Depending on size of peppers, may make 6.

Sauce:
1 can tomato soup

Sweeten tomato soup with brown sugar (approx. ¼ cup) until it tastes sweet enough to taste. Set peppers upright in casserole dish and pour sauce over them. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 hour. Uncover last 15 minutes to brown tops.
