2 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips
1/2 cup Reese's pieces

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. In medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

3. In a large bowl, add sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and butter. Whisk until light and fluffy. (about 2 minutes)

4. Add eggs and beat quickly (30 seconds) until combined.

5. Let mixture rest for 5 minutes.

6. Beat eggs for 30 more seconds. Stir until flour begins to disappear.

7. Fold in white chocolate, peanut butter chips, and Reese's pieces.

8. Roll 3 tbsp. sized balls of dough between your palms to for ball. (1/4 cup in size) Place on baking sheet.

9. Bake for 11 minutes or until golden brown at the edges. Cool for 5 minutes.
