In a mixer combine:
1 cup water-110º
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. yeast
Let sit for 10 minutes to proof

3 1/2 cup flour-set aside 1/2 cup of this flour
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put hook on mixer and start adding 1/4 cup flour at a time to the liquid ingredients.
When dough starts pulling away from the sides of the bowl stop adding flour.
Remove the bowl from the mixer and knead dough to make sure all flour has been incorporated.
Sprinkle flour on counter.
Place dough on counter and knead the dough for a couple of minutes.
Oil a bowl and place the dough in bowl, roll it around a few times to make sure all sides are coated with oil.
Cover with damp cloth and set aside in a warm place to rise 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400º.
Butter hands and punch down the dough.
Grab some dough and pinch some off the size of a large golf ball.
Continue untill all the dough has been pinched into a golf ball size.
Place them on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet.
Cover with a damp cloth and set in a warm place to rise for 20 minutes.
Brush the tops with melted butter.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
When taken out of oven, brush with melted butter again.
