Standing Rib Roast (Prime Rib) of any size

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Rub roast with a good seasoning recommended by a butcher; I use one by McCormick called Grill Mates Montreal Steak.
Put roast on a roasting rack in a shallow roasting pan and roast for 1 hour.
Turn oven off for two hours.
DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR!
Turn oven back on to 375 degrees.
Roast for 1 additional hour.
Let stand for 10 minutes. Carve and Enjoy!

Slice the 2 end servings for those that prefer their Prime Rib medium to well done.
