1 lb. ground pork sausage
1 lb. ground beef
2 onions, diced
3 c. celery, cut fine
1 c. uncooked rice
4 pkgs. Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup mix
1 green pepper
1/2 c. sliced almonds
8 c. hot water
1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and beef together, add onion, and continue to brown until onion is cooked.
Add celery, rice, soup, green pepper, water and water chestnuts.
Bake 1 hour or longer in 325 degree oven.
Add 1 cup sliced almonds on top last 15 minutes to brown.
Serve.
