1 (8 count) pkg. of cinnamon rolls
1/2 cup butter-softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and grated
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup sugar



Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1-3 Tbsp. cream

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350º.
Grease loaf pan with butter or nonstick spray.
Remove cinnamon rolls and icing from pkg.
Place icing to one side to use later.
Take each cinnamon roll and stretch it out until it becomes flat like a pancake and lay them out on a parchmebnt paper lined work surface.
In a small bowl, whisk together butter and vanilla until thoroughly combined.
Spread butter mixture evenly over each flattened cinnamon roll.
Top each roll with grated apples.
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle evenly over the apples.
Layer cinnamon rolls in stacks of 4.
Once all rolls are stacked, transfer eack stack to a loaf pan, standing them on their side so no apple filling touches the ends of the pan.
Cover tightly with foil and bake 30 minutes
Remove foil and bake a few more minutes to get a golden brown color. approx. 3 minutes
Remove to a wire rack and let cool 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
While loaf cools, make a glaze:
Mix powdered sugar with 1-3 Tbsp. cream until desired consistency is reached.
Drizzle glaze over loaf.
