1 box Duncan HInes Butter Recipe Golden cake mix
1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges
3 eggs
1 stick butter or margarine
Icing:
1 large container (16 oz) Cool Whip
1 pkg. (3 ¾ oz) instant vanilla pudding & pie filling mix
1 large can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
¼ cup (3 oz) pecan pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Mix undrained mandarin oranges, eggs and butter. Add cake mix. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into (2) 8 inch round cake pans and bake at 350º for 30 - 35 minutes. Cool cake in pans about 15 minutes. Remove from pans, split each layer in half and frost when fully cool. Refrigerate.
