2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 pack extra hot chicken buldak noodles (the ones in the black packaging)
375ml boiling water
5 tbsp grated mozarella
2 tbsp double cream
1 spring onion, finely sliced
Oil
Toppings: boiled egg, chilli flakes, sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a medium sized frying pan over a medium heat, add 1 tbsp of oil then the garlic.
2) Fry until golden, stir often.
3) Remove the noodles from the packet and place in the frying pan. Add the boiling water and turn the heat to high. 4) Simmer until the noodles are cooked and water has mostly evaporated.
5) Stir in the sauce packet, grated mozzarella and double cream.
6) Stir in the spring onion.
7) Add your toppings and enjoy your spicy ramen

I use regular milk instead of water, which means I don’t need to add the cream. To me they taste better boiled in milk but it is up to you which you prefer.
