1 lb Ground Beef
1 Large Onion, diced
2 15 oz cans Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp each, Garlic Powder, Oregano
salt & pepper
8 oz Egg Noodles
1 cup Sour Cream
3 oz Cream Cheese, softened
½ cup Cheddar Cheese, grated

Directions:

350º grease 9x13" pan. Cook noodles and set aside. Brown meat with onion then drain grease. Add tomato sauce and spices. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, and sour cream. Spread half the noodles in the 9x13 pan. Spread half of the sour cream mixture then half of the meat sauce. Repeat layers then grated cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake for about 25 minutes. Remove foil then bake until cheese is melted.
