3 of the 4 lb sirloin tip roasts
3 times onions
1 1/2 large bags carrots
3Tbs red cooking wine
Little herbs de province
S $P garlic salt. Little
2 pkgs McCormick beef stew mix with the 2 c hot water

Use big roaster snd small one put one roast and more carrots in small one ?yo get a few more carrots

Brown roasts onions seasoned in olive oil. Then add carrots and beef stew mix in hot water and cooking wine
350 for 2-3 hrs

POTATOES
2 10 lb bags. Potatoes
Only use 1 1/2 bags
Divide in Instapots and add 2 cups water and 1 stick butter S & P
When mixing milk and butter in only use 1/2 c milk instead of a cup unless more is needed

Olive oil in pan - brown onions and then a little bit if meat. Mix 2-roast McCormick plus hot water and sdd to roast in pan and add carrots
Bake 350 for 3 -4 hrs
