2 eggs, 1 1/2 T. vinegar, 2 T. sugar, 2 (3oz.) packages cream cheese, 1 small onion (grated)
Directions:
Directions:
Cook eggs, vinegar, sugar very slowly until thick. Pour over cream cheese, add onion. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Serve with fresh vegetables.
