12 slices of white bread (cubed)
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar (grated)
4 eggs
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Place in souffle dish or casserole. Press down, dot with butter. Refrigerate overnight. Remove one hour before baking. Bake for one hour at 350.

This is so easy and so good. It also looks great coming out of the oven! We used to have it on Christmas Eve.
