2 large baking potatoes
3 ounces goat cheese
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon dried chives or (2 tablespoons fresh)
pinch of cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes til tender. Cut off top and scoop out flesh. Mash potatoes and add cheese, milk, cream, butter, chives and cayenne. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon into potato shells and bake at 375 til lightly browned.
