1 can whole water chestnuts
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar (or more)
Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Soak chestnuts in soy sauce for 30 minutes. Cut bacon in half and then in half again lengthwise (you'll end up with 4 slices per full slice of bacon). Roll each chestnut in sugar and then wrap chestnut in bacon and anchor with toothpick. Put in shallow pan and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
