2¾ cups sugar
1¼ cups butter, softened
5 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a bundt cake pan. Beat sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla i large mixing bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, 30 seconds. Beat on high speed, scraping bowl constantly for about 5 minutes. Beat in flour, baking pwder and salt alternately with milk on low speed. Pour into pan. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 70-80 minutes. Cool 20 minutes; remove from pan.
