1 cup sugar
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup peanuts
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Chop peanuts. Caramelize sugar. Remove from fire immediately. Add salt, peanuts, baking soda and butter. Stir only until blended. Pour quickly in a thin sheet into well-buttered sheet pan. When cooled and hardened, cut or break.
