1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
5 eggs, room temperature
2 cups cake flour, sifted
Dash of salt
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Take softened butter and mix until reaches a creamy consistency of mayonnaise. Add sugar to butter, 1 tbsp at a time; like whipped cream. Add 1 egg at a time and beat 1½ minutes for each egg. Add sifted cake flour, salt and vanilla. Mix until everything is incorporated and smooth. Bake in bundt pan at 350º for 45-50nminutes. Let cool completely before cutting.
