20oz 4 cheese ravioli
15oz cottage cheese
10oz frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 large eggs
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup cheddar cheese
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 can diced tomatoes
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp basil
2 tbs minced garlic
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Cook ravioli according to package directions.
2. In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, spinach and Parmesan cheese until well blended.
3. In a small bowl combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, garlic, salt and pepper until blended.
4. Layer a 9x13 pan in the following order. ½ of the cooked ravioli. ½ red sauce, all the cottage cheese mixture, ½ of the cooked ravioli. ½ red sauce. Top with cheddar cheese.
5. Cover with foil and cook for 35min, remove cover and cook for another 10min until bubbly.
