20 large eggs
20 slices of bread – 1 standard loaf of bread
2 lbs. sausage – cooked and drained
17 Cheese slices – enough to cover pan
4 ½ C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a large foil pan with butter. Tear bread into pieces and place in the pan. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk. Pour the egg mixture over the bread. Cover the bread with slices of cheese. Sprinkle the top with the cooked sausage. Cover with foil and bake for 35 - 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes. It is done when a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

This is the size I make for our large family gatherings. I always make it up the night before an event and then bake it the day of the event.
