Ingredients:  
1 loaf frozen bread – thawed
2 eggs – beaten
3 oz. parmesan cheese
1 lb. sausage – browned and drained
Melted butter for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out thawed bread dough until it is 4 inches wide be 18-24 inches long. Mix beaten eggs and cheese. Spread on dough. Spread sausage on top of cheese mixture. Fold dough over and seal. Place seam side down in horseshoe shape on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Brush top with melted butter.

Sausage bread can be served as an appetizer or a breakfast dish. It is always a hit at our Christmas Eve family party.
