3lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
½ C Soya Sauce
½ C Honey
¼C Ketchup
2T Apple Cider Vinegar
4 Garlic Cloves
1T Cornstarch + 2T water (slurry)
2T Sesame Seeds
Green onions slice for topping

Cooked Rice for serving

1. Place chicken thighs in the crock pot
2. In a bowl, whisk together soya sauce and honey, ketchup, vinegar, and garlic. Pour over chicken
3. Cook on LOW for 6 hours or on HIGH for 3 hours
4. Remove chicken from crock pot
5. Stir in cornstarch slurry to the sauce in the crock pot. Cook on HIGH for 10 minutes until thickened.
6. Return chicken and coat with sauce.
7 Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions when serving.
Serve over rice
