1/2 c. Peanut butter
1/2 c. Hoisin sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 t. Fresh lime juice
2/3 c. Boiling water
1 T. Chili oil, optional
Chopped roasted peanuts for garnish
Directions:
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients (except chopped peanuts) together until smooth. Top with chopped peanuts. Will keep in fridge for up to 10 days.
