2 Lbs Kabassa, cut into half coins
Onion, chopped
Bell Pepper, chopped
Carrots, chopped
1/8- 1/4 Cup Flour
6 Cups Milk
3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Black Pepper
3 Cans Beans, (white, cannellini, pinto, kidney or chic)
Chopped Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a little oil in a stock pot and add kabassa.
Cook until browned.
Add onion, pepper and carrots until starting to soften.
Sprinkle flour and stir until flour starts to cook.
Slowly add Milk and stir until smooth.
Cook until the mixture begins to thicken and bubble, storing often.
Add Worcestershire sauce, black pepper and beans.
Reduce heat to low and continue cooking for 15-20 minutes until flavors come together and vegetables are tender.
Add parsley.
