"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Directions:
Chop onions and celery. Cut meat into strips. Coat bottom of frying pan with cooking oil and add meat, onions and celery. Brown all in covered frying pan (or oven or slow cooker) stirring frequently, until meat is tender. Remove meat and place aside. Add flower to pan juice, add water and stir until you have a sort of white gravy. Taste, if it needs to be more flavorful add beef bouillon. Then add can of mushrooms (juice and all) and sour cream. If not tangy enough add more until flavor is to your liking. Then return the meat to the white gravy, stir together and serve over noodles or rice.

Enjoy!
