1 1/3 cup flower
1 tspn baking powder
1/2-1 Tbsp vinegar
1 tspn salt
1 tspn garlic powder
1/2 tspn paprika
1 tspn onion powder
2 Tbsp corn starch
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sized bowl combine all dried ingredients. Then add water and mix together until it is batter consistency. Coat fish in batter and deep fry.

Makes great fish fingers, fish sticks, or fish strips (like chicken strip size strips)

I used this batter for sturgeon and Dannielle loved it, and she doesn't typically 'love' deep fried foods.
