Notes: Uncle Lenny spent Summer vacations with us in Rye. He would pick a day or two to cook and teach us family recipes. Inevitably, the days he chose to cook would be the hottest of the Summer! The day he taught us this recipe; the temperature was over 100 degrees. It was so hot, we couldn't get the mousse to set properly - making it more like chocolate soup instead of chocolate mousse. It still tasted amazing and was demolished in less than five minutes! Such a great memory!!
