2 lbs chicken
1 C rice
1 can French Onion soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 stick of butter
2 C fresh mushrooms
2 T Worcestershire sauce
Garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken pieces, combine rice with French Onion and Cream of Mushroom soups. Top with pats of butter (½ stick).
Cover and bake @ 350º for l hour or until rice is absorbed and chicken is done.
Meanwhile sauté fresh mushrooms in ½ stick of butter, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt.
Serve warm mushrooms over chicken and rice.

I made this dish during CoviD and my brother and sisters came to eat. We ate outside so we could safely visit. It’s a good memory.
