2 c. pumpkin pureé
4 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water
1½ c. sugar
3⅓ c. flour
½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
½ baking powder
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
4 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped

Optional:
zest of ½ a small orange
1 c. raisins

Glaze:
2 c. powdered sugar
¼ c. Grand Marnier

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Combine pumpkin, eggs, oil, water, sugar and orange zest, if using. Set aside. Mix together flour, salt, soda, baking powder and spices. Add to pumpkin mixture. Stir in nuts and raisins, if using. Pour into 3 greased loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Partially cool, then transfer from pans to cooling rack.

To make cupcakes bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.

Glaze:
Mix powdered sugar and Grand Marnier. Drizzle over the tops of the cooled loaves.
