1 250gr pkg cream cheese softened
1/2 cup (125 ml) sharp cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Blend cheeses together, with 2 tbsp nuts and mustard. Mix well.
Shape into a log about 2 inches in diameter.
Roll in remaining nuts.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Serves with crackers.
Make 1 log.
