5 T. butter
1 T. garlic – minced
2 T. flour
1 ˝ C. milk
1 ˝ C. whipping cream
1 C. parmesan cheese – shredded

Directions:
Sauté the butter and garlic. Add the flour and mix well. Slowly add the milk and whipping cream whisking constantly. Add the parmesan cheese and continue whisking until smooth and creamy.

This sauce is great as a dipping sauce for bread sticks. It can also be served over fettuccine noodles and chicken.
