4 C. cooked elbow macaroni – drained
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs – beaten
˝ C. sour cream
4 T. butter – cut into pieces
˝ tsp. salt
1 C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place cooked and drained macaroni in a large bowl and add the cheddar cheese while the macaroni is still hot. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and add to the macaroni mixture. Pour macaroni mixture into a 9x13 dish and bake for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with additional cheese if desired.

This is Paula Deen’s recipe from her restaurant, The Lady and Sons. Bread crumbs can also be added as a topping. This can be made up the day before and baked right before dinner time.
